The property is a loft-style triplex consisting of a hall, dinning room and open kitchen, bathroom and terrace on the first level.
On the second floor it has a library, the main bedroom with a king-sized bed and a smaller one for one person, plus an open shower and a small balcony which overlooks the neighbourhood and the sea. It also have a nice cot available on request for those travelling with babies.
On the third floor there is a small bedroom with a queen-sized bed and direct access to our spacious terrace with a small bar and a wonderful view of the ocean. Sunset seen from the terrace is generally spectacular.

The house has air-conditioning and free internet access which is very slow by international standards but is the fastest one available to Cuban homes at the moment.

You can also use, free of charge, two electric bikes that the house provides to explore the neighbouring areas.

There are some small cafes nearby but no real restaurants within walking distance. However, there are two great restaurants - El Laurel ( beautiful views of the sea and the canals of the Hemingway Marina) and Santy Pescador (the best restaurant to eat fish and lobster in Havana) - five minutes away by bike.
